How can I help?

I’m excited to be starting a new project, all about help and advice on Internet Phones and Broadband. I want to get going as quickly as possible. But there’s lots to do. Well, I’m actually “restarting” again to be correct, but that still counts for the excitement doesn’t it?

You see I’m going back into Telecoms after a short break. I’ve been in Telecoms for a very long time and I want to ask for your help.

My mission is to help and advice businesses with any questions about the changes that are happening as new internet phones replace the old technology. Whether we like it or not, the old telephone exchanges are being switched off. This means all businesses must do something to change to the new Internet Phone technology. We’ll explain what’s happening and answer your questions.

I’d like to hear your thoughts and feedback on what I’m doing. Any comments good and bad would be really welcome. Or just ask us a question – that’s what we’re here for.
